In the scene titled, "Shadow of the Snake God," earlier in Day 3, you chose to go with Sakuya-san to pick up ingredients, AND, in "Flowers Blooming in the Summer Night" earlier in this installment, chose, "We just need a chaperone, then," then you will take a right.
If you chose to pick up firewood with Tsudzura, or to go to the Regional History Museum, take the left route, instead.
